Fossil Cove Brewing Co

Fossil Cove Brewing Company was founded in 2012 in Fayetteville with the goal of bringing well-made craft beer to the Ozarks and the rest of Arkansas. Its name comes from a favorite fossil-filled cove on Beaver Lake, which is also the brewery’s water source, and the owners take pride in their corner of the region. Fossil Cove beer is poured at bars and restaurants across Northwest Arkansas and at the brewery’s Fayetteville tasting room, which keeps a constantly rotating lineup on tap and to go. For guests who skip beer, the tasting room also offers wine, hard cider, brunch drinks, non-alcoholic options and a full espresso bar. The space is family- and pet-friendly, with leashed dogs welcome on the patio, and a wood-fired pizza truck serves from the side patio. The brewery also sells merchandise, works with food trucks and hosts an annual event called Frost Fest.
